It’s not uncommon to have minor skin lesions. Usually they present no serious risk to health, but can be unsightly and bothersome, and may significantly affect your self confidence.

Skin tags are harmless lesions that hang from the skin - often found on the neck or armpit. They can be confused with warts or seborrhoeic keratoses, which also occur with age. These vary in appearance from smooth waxy spots to scaley plaques. Whilst benign in nature, it is important to distinguish these lesions from skin cancer.
